Why I become a REALTOR®

My Philosophy

Growing up on Long Island was an interesting experience for me. I got to live in many different parts of the island, which has given me a strong understanding of each of the four counties that call Long Island home. Today, I find myself in Nassau County practicing real estate in Hicksville, serving hundreds of people who are going through the home buying and selling process. The reason I chose to become a REALTOR® is that I truly love helping people, to the point where I have made real estate my full-time career. To me, it’s more than just a job, it’s my passion! I firmly believe working in real estate is one of the best ways I can help build communities by guiding people to the right places to put their roots down. I continuously honor building long-lasting relationships in what is sometimes perceived as a transient industry. No matter what, it will always be my number one priority to help you find happiness and a place to call home in Long Island.

My Background

My personal experience in Long Island real estate consists of buying and selling properties, house-flipping, extensive home renovations, and real estate developments. I’ve also been a landlord! Needless to say, I completely understand what it means to buy or sell a property, especially after living in Long Island all my life. Real estate was my calling and I’ve never looked back!

My own real estate experiences have certainly helped me become a trusted Long Island real estate agent. With 11 years of experience as a successful REALTOR®, understanding my client’s needs and desires is something I treat with much care and insight.

Market Analysis

Before we even meet, my first step is to make a comparable market analysis to determine the best price for your home. When we meet, we will discuss everything related to your property including home staging advice, and anything that will bring in the right buyers! Next, I will market your home on the MLS® and through online advertising on social media sites and other real estate platforms. I can also showcase your home on my website’s featured listing.
